RBT | Hillsborough, CA | ASAP

ProCare Therapy is currently working with a school district in Hillsborough, CA that's looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for this school year. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals.

Job Description:

• ASAP - June 2024
  • Potential to renew for ESY/2024-2025 school year
• 1:1 Position
• Caseload: In a Moderate/Severe disabilities classroom
  • School site/caseload will be provided after off
  • Additional information will be given on the interview

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
